Do you have severe osteoporosis according to the DEXA scan? I also had a Reclast infusion annually for 4 years, prior to Reclast I took Evista for many years. I switched to an endocrinologist after my osteopenia drifted into osteoporosis territory while on Evista. Now I've circled back to osteopenia. I decided to try HRT rather than another year of Reclast or another OP drug. I won't know if it's keeping me stable until I have my next DEXA scan in several months. I hope you can see an endocrinologist soon and find a good path forward.

I don't believe my osteoporosis was severe I was stable for 4 years until radiation 2 years ago. I didn't take an AI after my breast cancer because I was stage zero and I'd already had fractures so the oncologist didn't want to put me at a higher risk for my fractures. I'm at a loss right now. My bone densities haven't changed since I've been on reclast they've not gotten worse or better. It will be interesting to see the endocrinologist because I just had my bone density a wk ago Tuesday. I think my only alternative is prolia. I can't take evenity . I have tried tymlos. I had a TIA in 2017 so it limits what I can take.
