@andwho yes I did, postpartum spray and postpartum ice packs. I got the new Mom entire kit at Target. The spray really helps along! I also used a sitsbath that had an adjustable fountain. It was great, but I could only be on the toilet so long. I also used vaseline. Let me know of you have any questions. Good Luck!

Thank you for your advice. I was told to use either Vaseline or aquaphor but they dont help with the discomfort. My discomfort is trying to get comfortable sitting! I had reconstructive surgery. My groin area is sore so walking is uncomfortable. Urinating is hard (hard to sit) seems everything is a challenge! Can you describe your symptoms? Thanks for communicating with me.
