I had a psa of 240 and have metastatic stage 4 ,been on adt for over 2 years.
a break from meds .I am getting mixed advice.Anybody have any similar experience

You don’t tell us anything about your actual medical situation.
How long has your PSA been undetectable?.
How high was your Gleeson score?
What treatments did you get?
Were any of these things found in the biopsy intraductal, ductal, large cribriform, Seminal vesicle invasion, EPE or ECE. (Extraprostatic extensions extra capsular extensions). They can make the cancer much more aggressive.
Did you get genetic testing and do you have any genetic issues?
Have you only been on ADT or you have you also been on an ARPI?
