My mornings are definitely worse. Feelings lift as the day goes on. It would be awful to know I had to feel this way all day. Coffee and a good breakfast helps. Also I have to take my little dog out for a walk first thing. I believe the combination helps to lift me. 🙂

@liz223 I do the same thing, take time for me by having my coffee and watching a little TV, then really force myself to take my dog out for a short walk even though I don't feel like it most days. Trying to get adequate sleep also helps a lot

Same here I have two dogs that I try to walk daily wether I feel like it or not. The walk does help

Some sunlight would be a help, but we’vehad so many rainy, cloudy days here in the Atlanta area. I’m planning on purchasing a light box because I’ve heard it helps a lot of people.
