I had few sessions of physical therapy last year. It did not do much. I do not exercise on regular bases but I keep myself active and work inside and outside in the yard as well.

@jas101 I was disappointed with my PT sessions, too. The therapist just used the same sheet of exercises for most of his clients. I need specialized exercises that are suitable with someone who has severe neuropathic pain. I hope you can find some kind of help.
