@cheeto yeah I think that’s the problem. My doctor wants to keep pushing prolia or reclast and I can’t take them and the enivity can cause blood clots strokes, and heart attack

I had 2 opinions. I chose to do weights and supplements, which is difficult to keep up with. So many that may and may not benefit me. I just can’t do the medicine at this time sooo fearful of the consequences.

@vmcgrantham I did have my dr appointment and I was pleasantly surprised. She herself is looking into more natural ways to treat osteoporosis. Asian women rarely get it, she told me to add bone broth to my diet lots of leafy greens, stick with D3 with K2, and strength training. She agrees it is frustrating that pills are pushed.
