You have done chemo radiation .Why not go for surgery now.Even if they say you can escape surgery,the statistics doesn’t support that especially for stage 3B.
Like me if you are lucky and the nodes come negative,you are escaping add on chemo and you escape long term bugbears.Please discuss with your doctor.I discussed with my surgeon and pathologist and then took a call on No chemo.

Thank you for your advise. I do think the oncologist gave me this treatment because I told her I wanted to avoid the surgery if that was possible. I will double check
