9 months in on Tymlos…just started getting leg pains mostly at night

@rebeccas3 Have you considered lowering your dose (number of clicks on your injection) to give your body a break from the pain? I experienced the same thing, especially when I had switched to nightly injections. (I quickly switched back to morning injections, hydrated well, etc). I lowered my dose to 40 mcg (4 clicks), with the hopes of titrating back up slowly. However, now that I am into my fifth pen, I have not been able to do so due to side effects. I figured the benefits of a lower dose will outweigh having to stop the medication. I have my next DEXA bone scan at the end of August . Hoping for the best. My bone markers still show that I am in an anabolic stage with a good P1NP to CTX ratio. Good luck!!
