@kfhoz I just listened to a webinar on this (Lani Simpson) and it was not recommended for bone loss. Lani said there can be a danger of retinal detachment, dizziness and release of inner ear crystals which can make you dizzy. It has not been shown to build significant new bone or replace osteoporosis medications when those are needed. It appears to be "safe" and easy to use, but the evidence is still limited, and longer-term studies are needed. For people who are osteopenic and not ready for medication or who want an additional non-drug approach, it could be an add on when combined with strength training, adequate protein, calcium, vitamin D, and other bone-healthy habits. It costs about $1000. Hope that helps.
