@shocknot26 I'm working on the exact same issues. I find that having my little foldable walkpad "treadmill" at home helps because I can read and fast walk at the same time. I tell myself that I'm not exercising--I'm giving myself time to read. The weight stuff and squats and such are another story. What can we tell ourselves to keep it positive instead of just "It will stop things from getting worse"?

@janism I honestly don’t know. For me, MAYBE after I get some good results from these meds and changes, I will be better able to continue the motivation to make the changes simply part of my every day routine. That is my hope, anyway. I am waiting on a reply back from my endocrinologist as to what and when we will test since starting Tymlos for me.
