@ray666 The promising drug on the horizon for neuropathy is Ignaseclant, now in Stage 3 trials and produced by NMD (NeuroMuscular Diseases), a Danish company. It works by amplifying weak nerve to muscle signals and Stage 2 trials were successful in increasing muscle strength. Assuming all goes well with the Stage 3 trials, Ignaseclant should be on the market in two or three years. This drug is aimed at patients with Charcot Marie Tooth Disease (hereditary neuropathy) but it has broader potential uses as well.
