What a good thread! I will jump in. Full disclosure: I am dreading this necessary change in my life. Just started PT with a Nationally Certified Bone Fit instructor. Today’s my second session. I am hoping to learn what is necessary for me moving forward, but I can’t shake the feeling of dread. I have always been active but not in the right ways to stave off this bone deterioration. I am not good at maintaining momentum to exercise at home. I know—I need to change my mindset! I am also meeting with a nutritionist this week to see what they have to say as well. Here’s to us all being motivated!

@shocknot26 I'm working on the exact same issues. I find that having my little foldable walkpad "treadmill" at home helps because I can read and fast walk at the same time. I tell myself that I'm not exercising--I'm giving myself time to read. The weight stuff and squats and such are another story. What can we tell ourselves to keep it positive instead of just "It will stop things from getting worse"?
