The problem is there frequently are urinary urgency or burning problems and many people get diarrhea that require them to Have a toilet Handy multiple times a day.

You may or may not have these problems. I’m working with somebody now that had them in the first week and then they settle down and he’s been OK. Another guy I was working with recently had the Side effects so intensely that he had to cut back to four days a week so he could recover. There’s no knowing how you are going to react since everyone is different.

You probably aren’t going to have enough fatigue that it will require you to not ride for a while. But that is a possibility.

I had 40 sessions and they gave less radiation in each session. I immediately went to work every morning right after radiation. Didn’t even notice the radiation doing anything to me. You have a lot fewer sessions so they give you more radiation each time and the side effects can be more intense.
