@gravity3 I have an estrogen patch and find that very beneficial. However, testosterone did not help me. It caused a very quick rise in weight, extreme muscle aches, and anger. Well, the anger may have been situational 😉 I did stop it and my weight went back to normal. I wonder if I had adjusted the dosage it could have been helpful. It is a dose that is generally for men and I was to use a small pea size amount, which I did daily. I am considering a pea size amount weekly. I will let you know if I do it.
