Vicks ...I use it every night on my feet, legs and hands. It helps tremendously. My mother taught me about vicks. No cracked heels barely get a neuropathic flare up. Im walking again without a cane or walker and can stay on my feet to shop in large dept stores and supermarkets. I can dance again, lift weights, swim and have recovered so much my friends still ask me if I need a hand to walk to a place. I proudly say nope. Vicks plus vitamins. I sleep better as well. I think I added 10 years to my life span. Whatever you read about neuropathy remedies, do it. Stay away from gabapenten and pharmaceuticals.
