Thanks Mjp for sharing 😃 ! I wanted to ask you if you ever eat your quails but worried that you might not, and that my question would be improper since some people treat poultry as pets. I did not have the chance to eat quails more than handful of times (in some expensive restaurants) and meat was delicious !
My younger daughter loves rabbit meat but she can eat it only when she travels to Europe since here it is not available. Unfortunately I do not have anybody in my family that is a hunter so those delicacies are out of my reach. ENJOY !!! : )))

@surftohealth88 - I know I have an advantage in that I just walk out back for fresh game meat like quail and rabbit since I raise them, but any good local butcher should have access. Both proteins are becoming increasingly popular. Probably a little pricey to put on the menu as a staple if you're buying retail, but for an occasional treat, they certainly are available. Just need to find the right butcher.
