@gravity3 I am on HRT and I still get bruising. I have been using a biote pellet for five years or so and the arm bruising started about one year ago. I am 72.

What does the biot pill contain?
I started bhrt last year. Estradiol patch, testosterone cream, progesterone and estradiol vaginal cream.
