@barryandbrenda I did have severe balance problems and many falls when I was taking Repatha injections. I switched to a different medication and the falls stopped.

Hot weather brings me lots of light-headedness and «presyncope » as the doctors like to call what I call « « heat sickness ». I have a hard time sorting out what causes what at this age.

When I lived in Germany, I had lessons in balance. That involved exercises where I was instructed to move my eyes just before doing the actual movement I intended to make. Eyes show the way and body follows, is the idea. It works to some extend imo. Don’t know the name of the method.
