Try knee high compression socks . They are sold at some drug stores, online, etc. Also, for less $ i find Bombas has some great ones . They have luxury socks and some of most comfortable i have ever worn, which is why they are m i re than regular socks, but still less than medical type (probably since with prescription some insurance will pay for med socks). Another thing I found helpful is swimming. If you can't swim, just walk around in pool.

I am assuming that you have gone to a doctor, but saying you "think" it might be from COVID makes me think you have self diagnosed and trying to treat sympons rather than cause. Because common causes of peripheral neuropathy include:

-Diabetes
-Autoimmune Diseases (e.g., Guillain-Barré syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus)
-Infections (e.g., shingles, Lyme disease, hepatitis B and C, HIV/AIDS)
-Medications (such as certain chemotherapy drugs)
-Toxins and Heavy Metal Exposure (e.g., lead, mercury, arsenic)
-Vitamin Deficiencies (especially B1, B6, and B12) or Vitamin B6 Toxicity
-Chronic Alcohol Use
-Inherited Disorders (e.g., Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease)
-Kidney or Liver Disease
-Hypothyroidism
-Tumors and Vascular Issues

Your right...I blame it on Covid but it was really covid induced, It was alcohol we drank more during that time...like a couple of boxes a week... Don't worry we have stopped that long ago... and after some trial an errors(noticing that it would flair up when I drank a little alcohol more than one day in a row ie.., weekends)
But since start TIRZ GLP-2 my desire for it has dropped and I barely drink now and my feet appreciate it..but they still flair up after about 1800 steps... So its not gone...
