Almost 3 years ago, aged 71, I was diagnosed with 2 cores of cancer, one at 3+4. This was immediately after an MRI showed no cancer. I decided on surgery. My pathology report showed the cancer was actually 4+5. Also, I had zero incontinence issues(my surgeon said I was one of the lucky 10%). Since that time, my quarterly PSA tests have been undetectable, <0.01. I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly, although I’ve had to modify my workouts over the last two years due to a knee replacement and recent shoulder surgery. For me, as with many, it’s the mental anxiety that occurs from time to time. My main point is that you feel very confident that your biopsy diagnosis is accurate so you can make the best decision possible. Best wishes🤞
