My husband's liver was 50% tumor when he had radioembolization and it was wildly successful.

@espelandmt2 That is a gteat question. I do knpw tjat each ablation leaves a hole where the tumor was, so size amd location matter. Its a good discussion to have with your provider. I had 6 rounds of PRRT. Then lanriotide. Then Captem. Now Everolimus. One ablation in there. The tumor had grown pretty large. Talk with your oncologist...i don't want to get out over my skiis.
