@yucca13 , I am 5 months out of surgery. Since my last post I have had good weeks and bad weeks. I am still getting thigh pain, nowhere near what it was, but depresses me that it is not over ( yet). I wear a lidocaine 5% patch every night. I think it helps calm the nerves.
The injections ( all 8) did nothing. I hope they work for you.

@teachdydx Thank you for your reply, Joan.
I'm sorry to hear that you are still not completely out of pain.
This is really a horrendous condition as far as the pain is concerned.
That is discouraging that the injections did nothing and that surgery has not taken away all of the thigh pain.
I hope it goes away soon.
