I was never told I couldn't eat a steak or red meat. Well for the first few weeks I wasn't, but after that was not given a diet.

@diverjer Post R.A.L.P surgery, I was never given any special diet. I eat pretty much whatever I want. We do use all natural ingredients. We also cook from scratch daily. I’m 70 and doing fine after 2024 RALP surgery. Best of luck to you. Quite an adventure ahead for sure.

There are many dietary guidelines for prostate cancer patients and you can easily find them Googling or going through posts here on this forum.
