They say traction is the best next to Xiaflex in terms of scientific evidence. I’ve been using Restorex off an on for about a year with some mild improvement in curvature. I think management should include a combination. stretching devices, massaging the scar tissue and perhaps some topical applications like Vitamin A and E or Bio Oil. I haven’t tried shockwave or injections and don’t plan on it.
