I am in new waters. My wife has been getting dexa every other year for probably 10 years and her Doctor says she is fine. She has no copies or reports or numbers. She is going to try and call her Doctor next week to get a copy for me to compare mine too, since i would like to know how they compare to since I am a male. Maybe the numbers cannot be compared, I don’t know, but it seems more women get these DEXA exams then men. It was done in the women’s clinic at a major hospital where all the women were also going for breast mammograms on one side. I really felt out of place getting my DEXA scan with all the other women.
