@wheel1 Look at your diet, calcium from food is better, enough protein, supplements D, K@ and Magnesium are all very important. you need to feed your bone. Also start strength training if you are not already. this strengthens your muscles which put a pull on your bone, causing them stress, which tells them to build bone. I also suggest you look up DR Lisa Moore on YOU TUBE for a good place to start or learn more. She really helped me.

@wheel1 This is what will happen, I predict: you will add more calcium and vitamin D, and go for another DEXA scan in a year, and it will be worse. If all we had to to was take a vitamin and drink some milk, nobody would have osteoporosis. You are losing bone density, and it's not because you don't drink a glass of milk every day. Please go see an endocrinologist.
