@penelope5678 I too have been on . 5 Ativan for a long time. 9 months ago I suffered a brain injury and my anxiety is through the roof. My dr wants me off Ativan but what do I do now

@margaretallen was it a physical brain injury or due to medication? I'm sorry to hear about the injury and anxiety.

@margaretallen I have been on Ativan for many years and cannot imagine being without it. See what you are offered instead. Your dosage is very small. Mine is way bigger. Beta blockers can help you too. Good luck. Make sure you find a doctor who understands your concerns and helps you.
