This is the second time it happened to me.
I’m 62 years old. Two years ago had a cortisone shot to the right knee. Bleed 10 days later.
July/2026 had the same shot to the left knee. 10 days later, same exact symptom. Doctor informed me that it is a hormone, and it could happen.

@lukas11 this is happening to me now after a hip cortisone shot 9 days ago. I've been post menopausal for 4 years. This is so frustrating! I would never have had the shot if I'd have known this. How long did you have bleeding and did it bring your cycles back?
