Now I'm worried.
I have an ileal neuroendocrine primary tumor with metastasis to nearby lymph nodes but nobody said to my liver. My AST and ALT are chronically elevated but that is attributed to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) stemming for chronic prednisone use. I have hormone imbalances that were attributed to prednisone use too.
My hormone imbalances now seem likely they are caused by NET cancer. Nobody has addressed why my liver enzymes are chronically elevated.
I have more health conditions than I want or need. Most everything seems related to my autoimmune conditions and subsequent immunosuppression. I currently feel well ever since I stopped prednisone and switched to a biologic medication given by a monthly infusion.
I doubt that I will do the Lanreotide injection and the same day as my infusion anymore. I didn't feel so well that day.
