Hi, my second breast cancer was Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). It is different because it was not estrogen or progesterone positive. So an AI like Letrozole is not a treatment option. The standard of care is chemo.

Hey! I did not go on Letrozole too many complaints on this web site for me try that, so I went on Exemestane. I do it with a Propel water supplement with electrolytes. Works really well, try your medicine with Propel, it might work the same.
