When I went to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT), my PFPT Therapist sent me links to the University of Wisconsin's PFPT exercises website. Sadly, when my therapy ended, my saved website links vanished...not sure how she did that since they were downloaded to my computer. But, the U of W website was excellent. PFPT goes WELL beyond regular Kegel exercises. They involve how you breathe since your entire abdomen below your diaphragm to your crotch is a giant chamber. Your breathing changes the pressure on your bladder with every breath you take. I drove my PFPT Therapist crazy: I would somehow "stop" breathing when I was doing my exercises...I would hold my breath. She started by gently reminding me to "breeeeeeeathe." By the fifth and sixth sessions she was shouting at me: "BREEEEEEEATHE!!!!!" I was so focused on doing the pelvic motion, that I just instinctively held my breath. It drove her crazy. I gave up and never went to my final, eighth session. But...check out what you can find on the U of W website. I am sure that most major medical centers have websites specific for Pelvice Floor Exercises. U of W had "live", real people videos and photos showing you how to follow the written instructions. It was very good. ***If your urologist has not prescribed PFPT for you, have them write your prescription for right now(8) sessions. Your insurance company or Medicare will have to approve it. They will likely only approve "two" sessions, but your PFPT Therapist will write a simple justification for needing a total of eight sessions, and your insurance or Medicare will approve it. Good luck to you.
