@abarth I have the numb feet also. I rub vicks on them and that seems to help me. Also I soak them in Epson salts in warm water for 20 ir 30 minutes, it feels wonderful.

@lindaschoyck where did you hear/read about using Vicks VapoRub on your feet?

@lindaschoyck Thanks for the information , I have not tried the Vicks yet. I don't get much relief from the Epson salts, I still use the red light boot 20 minutes on each foot, but it may take 6 months to see if anything happens.
