if you have risk of bone mets, Prolia or one of the bisphosphonates might be a better choice.
Otherwise, I'd press for Forteo. It builds the best bone. It is usually a 2 year course which times nicely with your use of ADT. You might also ask for bone markers CTX and P1NP to understand how the medication is working for you.
