@sylvermoon8 I have IBS-D and have had to watch what I eat for years. I have been gluten free for 15 years because of the "D" problem and now I've started to have problems in terms of pain in my upper GI area. Not a huge coffee drinker but liked a cup in the morning now that causes pain and so does food if even a little spicy. I am a foody surrounded by foodies and live in the San Francisco Bay Area where we have amazing food. I thought it was bad enough not to be able to eat our great sour french bread now my food choices are getting narrower. I can't take ppc's or fomantidine as they both cause diarrhea.
