Nerve Pain In Foot after Laminectomy. Had this?

@jangilsy Hi, any updates? I am still waiting for relief since 2021 and have tried everything under the sun. I am insanely angry with my neurosurgeon who performed my L4-5 fusion revision & an unplanned laminectomy. When my excruciating foot pain surfaced suddenly 10 days post op, he shrugged his shoulders. Anyone with his caliber of training knows about the connection between L4-5 & the feet. On top of it, in 2022, the fusion had to be revised as well as the laminectomy which, according to the 2022 surgeon, was limited and incomplete. This poorly executed laminectomy caused new nerve compression for a full year before it could get fixed. I am in daily pain and have flares that keep me bed ridden for weeks. I exist but I don’t have a life anymore. I hope you are doing much better.

@ysphoenix I am sorry to hear about your pain situation. I seem to be stuck in the same place. Continuing foot pain in right foot. I’ve been searching for other opinions and answers for relief but still have not had help. Prayers for all of us in similar situations that we find answers.
