I was wondering if anyone else with irritant asthma has had a bad reaction to a new refrigerator (Whirlpool, but I imagine they're all the same). My asthma was pretty calm before the refrigerator was delivered and I'm suffering a lot for more than a week since. I've ordered carbon filters for my Coway hepafilter plus VOC absorbing bamboo charcoal purifying bags and had to move out of my house. Windows are open and oven fan is on. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I didn't realize how bad this could be.

@drsharon - so sorry to hear about all the symptoms you are dealing with and having to move out of your own house.

I've not heard of an asthma/refrigerator connection, but if you're noticing a distinct correlation, have you had the chance to ask your allergist/pulmonologist about this? If so, what did he or she say?
