I came across your post and it was so similar to my peripheral neuropathy in my feet.
Did you find anything that helped which I could try.

@bigjohnscho I have found Nervive to be helpful for sleep. It is the ALA, alpha lipoic acid, in Nervive or other brands that has helped.
