I’ve had cortisone injections and worked for 4 days. It’s hard for physio to strengthen the knee as my leg from the knee to toe pulls considerably to the left, the osteoarthritis has deformed my knee so much and I can only get 50% at best movement. I really don’t have much of a choice nut to do this or stay like this forever, it does my head in with the pain and discomfort not forgetting lack of sleep

@andoman , I too have a deformed right knee that is pulled over to my left knee and actually bangs into it when I walk. Of course, that throws one off balance. My legs look like the letter K.
