I had no prob with all the drugs including Forteo and 10 years of Prolia. Had a reaction to Prolia on the 21st shot and 6 mos later given Jubbonti. I have many if the severe side affects and have gone to my doctor, 24 of them and they all scratch their heads and tell me that they don't know what to do. I am in terrible pain in my locked ankles and legs which go in and out of even for no reason and are cherry red. What am I to do? Taken all tests and nothing shows up. I was very active before now I am almost a vegetable. I haven't even been driving. What do you suggest. My next new dr my 3rd rheumatologist can’t see me until Dec. I am on a cancellation list.

I would like to add that as with most changes we go through in life, there's a period of shock and facing loss. It's a type of grief really. We are happy with the way our lives and health is going, then face change. I'm hoping you give yourself time to adjust. I'm saying this from experience of living with chronic disabling illness since I was 30. I was an RN in oncology and then I couldn't work. I'm 68 now and reading this post because of osteopenia. Your active life is probably the opposite of what I've had because of disability. Yet here we are facing bone loss. It is an important step to wonder "why me" because you are acknowledging there is a big change to face. It's been my practice to always focus on what I love in my life and remind myself why it's important to keep going. I like that you asked others to "be kind" as you're new here. Shows moxie!
