Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?

Just an update... lidocain cream: no help, menthol type cream: no help, phenol: no help. Just tried epsom salt with tee tree oil foot bath: holy hannah, that agitated it and made it worse. I tried using a massager on it, that kind of helped. Just wrapped it with an ice wrap, I'll see if that helps. I'll update this post (if it will let me) adding a picture of where these electric type shots hit my foot. But again, once they start it pulses every 10-15 seconds all night. There's no sleeping until I just pass out for 4 hours roughly

I found relief for my burning feet on Amazon. Just type in “ ice socks” & you’ll see a variety of socks with gel packs in them. I keep 4 pair in the freezer.
I usually change them out 2-3x a night after they thaw, but it really helps. I hope this helps you & gives you relief. It’s impossible to get to sleep when your feet feel like they’re on fire. God luck.
