Hi, I am the care giver of a family member who was diagnosed with Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma in March 2025. After partial glossectomy and chemo/radiation, cancer has returned (or it never left). Have started another round of immunotherapy+carboplatin+FU5 (every 3 weeks). So far, have completed 3 doses of Chemo and 4 doses of Keytruda. Latest scan found that the treatment is having mixed results, while some areas are improving, others are same or growing slightly. Oncologist wants to stay the course. Do others have similar experience, any recommendations? Should we simply follow this treatment and check again in 6 weeks?
