Hi there. I stopped taking both Zoloft and Zyrtec at the same time — my memory returned gradually over the course of months. It wasn’t like a light switch turning on, but after a few months I started to notice that the more severe instances of memory loss had subsided. Give it time once you go off the drug and also stay away from the older allergy medicines such as Benedryl.
