I was taking wegovy and synthroid ( allergy to levo) and other than constipation it did work to get weight down . Right now I’m not because of procedures but plan to restart.

@rthdoyle was on zepbound with great success until insurance decided not to cover it. Now on wegovy but barely holding my weight. Just started T3 supplemental meds but had to stop wegovy for another central neck dissection. The T3 helps a lot for me to have energy.
