Thanks for all who responded...spoke to my infectious disease doctor and he is not alarmed by the CT scan especially since I have totally NO symptoms and carrying on with my life. I have an appointment with him in early August but at the moment I am no longer alarmed. Thanks again for all your info.

@pattysyarns My CT scans always said the same thing: pneumonia in the right middle lobe. Now, after a bronchoscopy, I find out I have Middle Lobe Syndrome. The opening into my middle lobe is very small and at times can close, causing a collapse in the lobe. My Dr. thinks this may be the cause of my breathing problems. I am going for a second opinion in August.
