That is high and could be signs of calcium build up in your arteries. If you don't have any symptoms, you may need to start taking statins. Definitely start taking something even if you already exercise etc. It could be familial. My sister-in-law had CAC in the 400s and had one artery 90% blocked. She is older and was having symptoms. My husband and I have had CAC and it is near 0 but doesn't mean soft plaque isn't building. Keep an eye on that and maybe statins. Advanced lipid test showed my LPa and ApoB very high, so I am now on injectable Repatha which has been good except for side effects. I am allergic to statins. Causes severe muscle pain and spasms.
