@perpetua Yes I get the headaches, brain fog, tiredness and aches and pain. Put my surgeon wants me to stick it out. I do have good days. Walking 3-4 miles a day, naps and Tylenol. When I notice a pain it always moves around. So I’m thinking that’s where the bone builder is working at that time. I do have Cervical issues so my neck always hurt. It’s just a miracle that a medication can grow bones.
