@gigi4 Well, I have Hashimoto’s with Hypothyroidism. You can have Hashimoto’s without a thyroid condition as well. Medication for an under active thyroid is something I have not heard of, but I’m not a doctor either. I control my Hashimoto’s with diet and it has worked for me.

Hashimoto’s can affect thyroid levels and that is why I am on a medication. I had symptoms that diet changes alone did not change getting my T3 and T4 in the normal ranges.
