@pittsburghdad just found your thread and I too found that study, but nothing more recent in terms of followup.
My aneurysm was found exactly like yours except I’m at 5.7. Echo and CTA next week and onto surgery. Lifelong road cyclist -2-3k miles per year until recently. Asymptomatic. Glad to have found and look for full recovery and back to bike. Wish you luck.

@tsilv69 Dr. Churchill did an Aortic Athletes video (along with Alan Braverman) about a year ago in which I posed that question to him about the status of that study and Dr. Churchill responded and said the study is ongoing and he hopes to have something out in a year or two.
