I’ve been prescribed Orgovyx 120 mg and Nubeqa 300 mg. I reduced my Nubeqa by half from the very beginning thinking less medication might lessen some side effects. PSA has been a constant 0.014 which is the lowest number the lab test can register. I’m going to ask my oncologist about any repercussions. If anyone has any feedback about this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank.

Hello from someone on the same drugs and dosage as you are. Not to far back I posted on stopping/reducing Orgovyx and continuing with Nubeqa alone. My reasoning was: Orgovyx stops the body from producing T while the Nubeqa stops the cancer cell from using the T. Why take Orgovyx if the Nubeqa stops T from being used?
I realize that is simplistic, there are other permutaions that can take place as the pieces of the puzzle are moved around, its just that I would like to have T and have the cancer not use it...lol.
I am currently T<1, PSA 0.28...five months into ADT, going for new numbers tomorrow. Not changing anything for a few months. Let me ask: how long you have been on the ADT and ARPI? your PSA seems great....And if I am not mistaken, the Nubeqa may reduce the time to castrate resistance? I respect your adjusting dosage as you see fit, I might be doing the same, just with the Orgovyx not the Nubeqa. As always, opinions and comments welcome, thanks for reading this post, I will be reading yours!

Nubeqa Has no side effects for most people. If you increase the dosage to the normal dosage, you would normally find no change in your side effects.
