Every surgeon in the US does a post surgery report and it is available to the patient. Look for it in your portal. It should describe what the surgeon encountered and what he did.
Mayo is famous for bringing multiple physicians to the table when necessary. You sent the diagnosis to your Mayo surgeon and he didn't respond. Did you try to send it again or inquire again? We have all lost track of emails, etc. at some time.

@steveinarizona yes, there were initially several people. Which makes it confusing to be honest. After sharing my information I was told I would be contacted no later than October 22, 2025. At that time nor after did I hear anything until once again, reach out. I did receive a non-scheduled phone call from a Dr. which left a muffled voicemail. I did not answer as I was working.
